Design. Last I heard: the combination of their gas system, stamped receiver, and the their barrel makes barrel move/bend during the shooting. That is on top of recoil.

I really wanted it, but after owners' reviews I changed my mind. I still hopeful they can fix accuracy and then I would buy it...

It just have to be under 2 MOA at least... not even asking under 1 moa which is more common now.... but not over 4 moa
 
Just had my new one to the bush and I was very impressed. Almost no recoil, no malfunctions and very good accuracy. I let 2 other guys shoot it and they loved it. I was using surplus 7.62x39 and it ate up about 300 rounds with no issues. I was only shooting out to 120 yards but I had several groups that I could cover with a loonie. 3-9 optic
 
I have one, love it. Shot about 500 non corrosive rounds out of it. Hitting a small steel target 100m away with no trouble.

So you are telling us that you are repeatedly shooting sub-MOA groups using surplus ammo with your M10X?

The problem isn't the accuracy, which is largely due to the cartridge being used. It doesn't really fill a niche.

7.62x39 is a good round for hunting small/medium game or for plinking/tacticool larping. SKS fills the first niche just fine. But for the second one you'd want an SBR or a bullpup, not a long and front heavy "DMR" gun.
