M&P 15 .22 Has FRT#

I ordered my pistol last week and it showed up today. Armand returned my call promptly when I phoned to check up on it yesterday and was very pleasant to deal with from my point of view. I have no problem recomending them.

If you haven't guessed I am the other overly-enthuiastic newbie, anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first gun purchase since the new PAL system has been in place. You have my money and say the transfer is through so why won't you send me the gun I ordered? You have my address as it was provided with my PAL info. I haven't emailed, phoned, or pestered you in any way, just checked my mail every day hoping.
 
dont mean to thread-jack but i have found that armand do go out of his way to make sure his customer are alright. If you ask how many guns i have bought from him? Answer is 1. And that sale was smooth as butter.

I myself works at a retail automotive trade, and yes i do agree that the RIGHT customer is always right. There are always 2 side to a story, and unfortunately enough, i have been in 1 or 2 situation where i wish i could smack them on their forehead.
 
After having some time to come to my senses and think it over, I'm writing here to apologize to him.

I was hasty and overzealous, I can admit that.

I have spoken to him in person, and we've agreed to work this out like responsible adults.

We bought Badger Arms because your price was the best. $20 per gun cheaper than everywhere else we could find. The reviews of your shop were also good. I am sure it was my gun holding everything up as my son and I just completed the hunter safety course and I received my PAL 6 months ago.

Having dealt with Badger and Armand - I will vouch for their top notch service and pricing. Good outfit, good people.

They're definitely up there for one of my first places to look when the "bug" bites me.
 
I received my M&P 15-22 and it was a smooth transaction. Ammo arrived and as it was delayed Armand worked it out with some great customer service that would sure bring return business.
Still waiting for m&p 15-22 extra mags let me know Armand
