Firstly it is one awesome little 22... Went bang every time! With lots of different types of ammo .

But came out of the box way out...

This is a target both my wife and i took shots at, target placed at 25 feet. I told my wife to not compensate point it dead center so we can see where it shoots. I couldn't believe it was that out so i ran a few mags on her target sure enough it shoots high and left.

Never had to adjust a pistol this out, my first instinct is to drift the front sight left and adjust the rear sight up but it already looks like the front sight is further to the left than the center of the barrel... Im thinking center the front sight drift the rear sight right. Does that sound about right?

Or you could use Kentucky windage which is what I have to do with most of my guns, it is not that hard and you don't have to pound on your gun or it's sights.

You'd likely need to drift the rear over to the extent that it's sticking out the side if you go with your plan. Better to leave the front where it is and move the rear a bit to the right.

If it's that far out at 25 FEET (not yards?) and the front sight is already visually off to the left then I think I'd be looking at some warranty work. It suggests that the barrel isn't centered in the frame or some other issue. Perhaps put a cleaning rod into the bore so it sticks out the front by quite a ways and see if the rod lines up with the center line of the slide when looked at from above.

Just a thought but instead of just eyeballing the issue put something with a flat face against the side of the slide and measure to the rear notch and front blade with a ruler. Something with fine lines so you can see small differences. Drift both until they line up dead on then try again.
