Different pistol, I believe hes talking about the new one that is like the M&P 9, 40 and 45. Not the discontinued one that shared mags with the rifle.

Also even though that pistol that uses the rifle mags has been discontinued, be really surprised if the CFC changed the ruling on the mag capacity.

I wonder if the AR type pistols ever made it into Canada, ive never heard of anyone having one. If they were never imported this ruling should be reversed.

I would buy one of those M&P 22 in a heartbeat if they made them 'canuck friendly'.
