M&P 22 Sights

I have an M&P 22 with adjustable rear factory site. Gun shoots about 3 to 4" high, and adjustment on the site from one end to the other does nothing, and shoots 3 to 4 inches high. I have let several other people shoot the pistol, and exact same results, 3 to 4 inch high.

If anybody has replaced the sights on the M&P 22 and can make any suggestions on what they changed to and where they purchased them, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same exact issue. Going to order the Williams adjustable fire sights and give them a try. Will report back once I have them installed and tested.
