M&P .45 mid size with thumb safty where to get

does any one know were to get a M&P .45 mid size with thumb safty? thanx Dan

They're a prohib with the factory barrel (not by much). The difference between the Mid Size and the Compact in 45 is the grip size - the slide/barrel are the same on both. The factory barrel is about 4mm too short. If they let a barrel that short into the country, obviously, there'd be murder and mayhem everywhere.

I thought a 4 inch barell was legal in canada?

Barrel must be 105mm+(so say 106mm), the barrels on the M&P45C and M are 102mm. That's all it takes - realistically it takes a manufacturers barrel length of 4 1/4 to have the pistol regularly imported.
