I'm trying to remove the frame tool, the instructions say to rotate 1/4 turn and remove. It will not rotate. It will putt out about 1/8", but will not turn.
Any suggestions?
Thanks...Jim
When they're new, u really have to torque it. Consider a pr of pliers with "soft jaws" ie a piece of cloth over the metal so as not to damage. It will turn but u gotta crank it.

Thanks all, I got it... I was worried about applying a bit too much torque.
before I even opened the thread I knew what it was about...
use an edge of a table and turn the gun![]()
...and once you've decided which size of grip works best for you, put it back and leave it there, use your pinky to flip the little yellow lever down![]()
pfft just clear the gun, rack it to the rear, turn the take down lever, let the slide go forward to the normal stop point, pull the trigger and take it apart like a Glock.
You mean to say that you dont even need to flip that little thinger down at all?! Huh .. *scurries off to try this out*
all that seems to do is jam it all up quite nicely...
Don't forget to drop the mag before removing the slide.
...but of course, still wont release without lowering the sear deactivation lever into the mag well first
