M&p 9 + rds ?

I was thinking of adding RDS on my M&P 9. Good or bad idea? Wil it still fit in the bladetec holster? What's a good RDS , Leopold, Burris,etc. are there diff mounting systems? What's the smallest setup? And where can you acquire the mounting system?.. Thanks

I don't know, that's why I asked. I didn't want to order a bunch of stuff , that won't work. Thanks for bringing that up.

Irons... I have Trijicon HD's on my M&P's. I will not abide battery powered shenanigans on a pistol.

I use the stock sights on everything except my Glocks. I put Sevigny comps (plain rear/FO front) on all my Glocks because I don't like the stock cup and ball.

If you want a RDS on a M&P, it's cheaper to sell your pistol and get a CORE version. I did that, but instead of selling my the regular M&P, I just kept it

they do fit in most of the retention holsters with the red dots on them from what i can tell

and i agree, youd be better off just picking up a CORE and going from there.
comes factory with the slide milled for the red dot and you get the extra high front and read sites so you can co-witness through the red dot.

I wonder if any dealer has the M&P CORE 9 mm in stock?

Suppose the 5" barrel would be a better choice and don't know which RMR to choose and the dot size. Recommendations would be appreciated.
