Seems the Deltapoint has issues with accessing the locking screws as this video shows. Perhaps, the Deltapoint might have an advantage as to the glass.

Get the viking tactics/Trijicon warrior sights. they are fiber optic and night sights you would not believe how bright they are in the sun. they came with my VTAC M&P.40 but they can be bought separate. they are amazing i love em and highly recommend them.
 
I'm in the same boat. I'm considering an adjustable rear LRA sight available from Fusion Firearms, through Wanstalls. I have also looked at Tru Glo, HI Viz, Trijicon, I almost bought the Tru Glo TFO set... still running factory sights.
