M&P Adjustable rear sight?

My M&P Pro is shooting low and to the right, are there adjustable rear sights for an M&P Pro available in Canada - maybe the Dawson Sight?

It's more likely you're slapping the trigger.

Also the sights on the M&Ps are set to be centred on the target, if you can see the x-ring above the sight you're going to hit low, the FO should hide the target.

I had a thread here about M&P shooting low. Read what was posted...tried and now I am shooting centre mass.

Assuming that the pistol is not zeroed - and that it is not a shooter issue - the sights can be adjusted laterally, to get the group on the center line.
Elevation? What sight picture do you use? With my Pro, the shots fall under the green dot, exactly where I want them, for the style of shooting I do.
