I found when shooting it in the fall, with gloves, I wanted a longer release and one with more "feel".
I put a dab of epoxy on it, and then let it harden while laying on a coffee cup, release side down. the dab hardened in a pointy shape. I filed the tip off and was left with an extended release I could feel through the glove. I used the $1.00 epoxy from the Dollarama.
I have since done several pistols and carbines, and am pleased with the result.
