So...I dropped my M&P and, while there appears to be no damage to the gun or actual sight post, the fiber optic rod popped out. It looks like one end has knob and I'm guessing that the other end's knob broke off.
Has anyone replaced these before? Hate the thought of replacing the complete sight over this.
From what I've researched, a .060" rod would work as a replacement, as I can get it from Brownells, but any thoughts on getting it to adhere? Super glue perhaps?
