M&P9 groupings?

4.3 of Unique pushing a Cactus Plains 124gr LRN....... or a Frontier 124gr RNFP (same powder weight)

Off hand I have had all 10 rnds touching @ 10y, all 10 rnds covered by my hand @ 15y...

Off bags I have managed 4" @ 25y.

I can usually hit a 12" x 18" steel pig @ 100y (say 7 out of 10 times) with a 2 hand hold and a bunch of hold over.... Heck I have to hold a bit high @ 50y.

Of course I have had lots of really bad groups along the way too! I put 9K down the pipe of my M&P 9 in the first 10 months I owned it. I usually put at least 500 through it a month......

Once I can find some inserts for the Ransome rest at the club, I'll really fine tune my reloads!

Well I gave up hope TOO fast then...I had about 600 rounds through my gun before I sold it. I guess I was expecting to get good WAYYY to fast. I am gonna grab a .22 pistols so I am able to get good and can put 1000s of rounds down it very cheaply.

I was doing pretty good with my 9mm, then I changed to an Apex sear - way better trigger but the first few groups sucked - it took a couple of hundred rounds to adjust to the light let-off.
