Carbine stuff is ITAR controlled due to the U.S. thinking it's an assault rifle. You cannot import a 15 round mag and due to the lack of demand, few places bother with 'em.
Haven't bothered with Carbine kit since they were put on the evil list. Try Epp's for pinned mags. They're an AO dealer.
the czechoslovak 5/10 magazines are not so great. Everyone I have causes a jam on the 3/4 round Ive tried to fix them but no dice. The retention slots on the mags are stamped in to high into the side o the magazine. The magazines end up sitting to low unless you keep a lot of pressure on the bottom while shooting.

Just to clarify, the statement about m1 and parts being illegal to import - what is the truth behind this?
the truth is contact the us state department and see yourself
NO m1 carbine parts can be exported from the usa its not a new law been around for a long time you try it and get caught you can be charged in Canada and travelling to the usa or through their airspace will be over
