m1 carbine non restricted barrel

anybody have any idea where a guy could get a non restricted length m1 carbine barrel?

I might be wrong but Barry at Bits of Pieces in BC, used to do barrel extending for them. I remember seeing something about this in the milsurp forum but cant find it right now, try doing a search there too.

Unless there has been a recent change, that appled only to handgun to longarm conversions.

I have a non restricted M1, the reciever is IBM, so an original...barrel has no markings so is aftermarket made, and Bits of Pieces is the one to contact, i had already talked to him about a new barrel or sleeve for my Bavarian M1
