Is it a rebuild? Most were rebuilt after WW2. If not - and there are a few in Northern BC that I'm aware of that were "Alaska Highway" issued guns which were never put through the post war refit, it's worth more. High wood, a flat bolt, no bayonet lug/shroud thingy, and a push button safety would make it early style. Pot belly stock, round bolt, bayonet lug/shroud thingy, and a rotating lever safety are indicators of a later gun, or a factory rebuild. Photos of the rifle from the side and photos of the trigger group from the left and right would tell for sure. Locally (Victoria) a carbine will go for $550-650 for a run of the mill gun in usable condition - but I have seen a non-rebuilt early version go for $1100. A gun with an NR barrel on it will go for $875-$975.
