Surprised he sold to you, as M1 carbine parts are not permitted to be exported from the USA without a permit. Maybe stocks are exempt??

m1 carbine parts are PROHIBITED from export from the usa without an enduser cert

your father is in violation of us export controls and ITAR very serious fines/jail is possible for both seller and buyer

riverbank is NOT well spoken of by us collectors

I have never delt with them
