M1 Garand Barrelled actions

Good day all and Merry Christmas,

I have it in my head that I could buy an M1 Garand receiver and parts kit and cobble it all together.

Although the process of barrel replacement doesn't seem overly technical it does require specific tools that may make the project cost prohibitive for just one rifle.

Does anyone know of a reputable source for M1 Garand barrelled actions within Canada or a smith who does this?

I'll sell you an almost complete rifle brand new barrel just installed and bolt headspaced. Picked it up from the Smith lastweek and changed my mind want to build something else now lol
 
Nick @ Vulcan refinishing is where you should send your receiver barrel and bolt. Fast turn around and top shelf work. He does parkerizing too.
