M1 Garand prematurely ejecting clip.

The garand action doesnt hold a candle to the design of an ak or t97 or ar15. The gas system requires shimming and all sorts of screwing around to work. The op rod has a wheel on it that will evenually fall off. The action is way too open and every torture test done on it shows it was a pos. The only thing that design is good for is bench rest shooting

What are are you talking about? There is no "wheel" on a Garand op rod... I suspect you are confused with an M14/M1A and the cam roller. As for the gas system, again you are showing your lack of knowledge. There are no shims on a Garand gas system or screwing around to get it to work. Please point to the torture tests you refer. BTW, it is a rifle that went into service in 1936, and is a battle rifle, not an assault rifle as you have comparied it to.
