M1 Garand rebarrel cost?

Does anyone know the aprox cost to have a m1 garand’s barrel replaced? I may need to have this done and am looking at ball park price for a new barrel to be installed.

TradeEx has new M-1 barrels in .308 (sold out of .30-06) @$269.95. Plus delivery and tax.
Then you will need someone to remove your barrel, install this one, and set headspace.
All in, figure something in the $500 - $600 range.

I have a brand new Springfield Armory barrel, it's factory spec and chambered already. Let me know if your interested.
