Hey guys,

I'm looking for an M1 Garand Scout Mount for my Garand, but getting one into Canada seems to be a challenge. I've asked several US companies if they would ship to Canada, but none said they would/could. I'm new to the gun game, and am unsure if the import/export rules.

Any ideas or know where to get one in Canada?

This type of rail system doesn't require and permanent mods to my rifle, so I can return it to it's original condition as req'd. (just to ward off anyone saying that I'm completely crazy!) But I think it looks pretty good...

I ran the Amegaranges version of that mount for some years, before going SAGE, and quite liked it. However it appears they will not ship to Canada any more.

If you go this route, you may want to get a cheek-rest of some sort: I found the mount carried the scope a little high to get a good cheek-weld without one.
 
also try irunguns.ca and see if they have any in stock. believe it will cost you 25 import + 25 shipping. regards
