M1 Garand sniper kit?

Its some parts (not a complete set) of the type used to set up M-1D rifles. The flash hider is a very late style. The parts are probably repro. In addition to what is there, the altered barrel and mount base that fits on the barrel would be needed. Then the correct scope would have to be located. Incidentally, the cheekpiece is more to shift the face to the left than up.
 
It's a collection of parts they're trying to sell to those who think you can just add a scope to make a sniper variant. Putting a scope on any rifle does not improve its accuracy. It just lets you see the target better.
