Hi guys, not too knowledgeable in this area. I have2 m1's in fair condition.

Winchester ser number 2354###
H and r ser number 5758###

H and r is in better shape, not a lot of blue on the Winchester. What's the approximate values?

It depends on condition and originality of parts. Generally a WRA will be vaued more than a HRA, everything being equal.Baseline values on a good condition Garand in sound and sevicable condition w/o pitting and a shootable bore is $1000- $1200 nowadays. Some pics and a rundown on markings incl barrel, bolt, stock, operating rod and trigger housing would help pin down value a bit more. How are the bores?

Not enough info. Pictures are really necessary.
There should be no bluing on any M1 Rifle. However, if the Parkerizing is severely worn off, as in bare metal, that will seriously affect the value.
