Just keep an eye in the EE, there is usually one for sale.

These days, you need to be in the right place at the right time with money in your hand.

The EE is a great place to find a Garand. Just keep in mind that there is a lot of junk out there. Be patient and shop around, you'll find a good M1 at a fair price.
