M1 Scout/SOCOM allowed/available in Canada?

I am wishing to get a M1 scout or SOCOM which has a 16 inch barrel which makes it restricted I believe.
Can you get these in Canada? and or is it possible to get these in the USA and bring to Canada.....still??
I am scratching the surface of this venture and I am curious of what my options are?

Yes you can get them in canada and yes they're restricted.

I believe ellwood epps has a bunch.
