M10X Canadian MSRP set

So your argument is that a several hundred dollar hike in US and Canadian MSRP whilen the guns laguish on the shelves for $1000 USD is justified so M&M, a failing business, can stay open a while longer?

Yeah, that inspires me to invest in their soon-not-to-be supported rifle when they unavoidably crater for making a $2000 AK worth $500 buck stateside. I'm going to enjoy watching this train wreck from the sidelines. Caveat Emptor.

It's not an argument it's a statement. It was an explanation. Would I buy an unproven rifle from a small manufacturer and at a now inflated price in Canada? No I won't.

Few bragging rights associated with this item. Imagine the comments shouted across the range when seeing one: "Shenanigans!"

So you make purchases off of bragging rights?!?!?

I usually base my purchases for pure pleasure and enjoyment on new firearms. I could care less what others think butni guess to each their own

my money has now been shifted to type 81

Now... anyone need 3 ak mags? brand new...

lol

I don't give up so easily. I still want an M10X and will eventually acquire one when either the Canadian MSRP drops, or through a 3rd party Import. I'm a sucker for unique designs. Gen 1 doesn't worry me, as this rifle has already had its teething issues worked out under the earlier "Elite" guise. As for long term manufacturer support and spare parts? I am a happy Robinson Armament M96 "Stoner clone" owner - need I say more? Lay in a supply of spares while you can. No different than the FightLite MCR upper receiver that I have on order from Wolverine. Critical spare parts have been factored into the initial purchase. Not because I don't trust Wolverine Supplies, but because even John and crew can't warranty something that is no longer supported by a defunct parent company.

Didn't they say AK mags would work in the T-81 but you lose the bolt hold open feature?
I'm in on the T-81 as well. Cheaper and I don't care about rails and fancy CNC parts for a x39 hose. I just want light and reliable for this cartridge.

i thought only t81 mags worked

hard to get a straight answer here sometimes

Forget this archaic design, now we can get on the RDB train! I want one, purely for bragging purposes of course, natter natter. It will probably explode cuz plastic. But I don’t care, the heart wants.

I’d buy a M10X for 1450 or so give or take 0 dollars. I lost the pre sale. Will not pay NR tax. Would still buy at fair price.
YOU HEAR ME M+M? YOU HEAR ME!?!?!

AK mags don’t work in the t81 what so ever. All folders are sold out with a small amount of fixed left better jump on it as the ship this week

You honestly could not pay me enough to find a place for the T81 wIthin my collection. Perhaps my attitude will change when I handle one, but I sincerely doubt it. The T81 looks to be a lot like the Norinco Type 56 (AKM) rifles that were imported pre-12 (5). That is to say, all razor-sharp internal edges, wrappped up in a rust-inducing, thin parkerized and/or salt-blued finish. A dead-end SKS derivative.... no thanks. Your milage will hopefully vary.....
