Is IVI still making military ammo for Canada or has that been outsourced too?

I've heard rumour that the USA outsources their small arms ammo sometimes. Is there now some kind of universal rule that no more 7.62 NATO milsurp cannot be sold on the open market now?

Where there is low supply (war), there is demand, and that means higher prices. There is IVI surplus, from the 70's and 80's but its hard to come by, fortunately some of it trickles out now and then. What was 15 cents is now 75+ cents.

Most people on the third rock from the sun realize this johnone but hate to admit it. Also I know for a fact, if there was some way, you or other's in your profession could get some, they would. Just for the simple fact of how can 1 run a company to make any money if you have nothing to sell.

i know what i'm gonna do...... stock up on x39 so that when the x51 arrives and there is no x39 left...... i can trade lol ..... when and if ammo does arrive on our shores...... ther will be a feeding frenzy..... I'm sure our dealers are well aware hehehe
