M14 at dark intnl

Thats where I purchased mine last year, while I was waiting for Marstar to get their shipment, best move I ever made.
Great deal, three mags included( 2 -5's and a 5/20)
It also appeared that they cleaned all of the copsmoline off mine as I had to do very little cleaning after it arrived. That itself might be worth a few bucks according to some of the stories I have read here about getting the grease off.
I have also heard that they test fire them although I am not sure if they did that with mine.
Roger was great to deal with, very fast shippng, you won't go wrong ordering from DARK.

Rodger at Dark is second to NONE!! He is a great guy all about customer service. If you live in Southern Ontario he will meet you at Burlington Gun CLub to deliver Firearms.
I bought my old CQ311 off of him, my buddy had him change out a barrel on a luger. Great experiance. He is good to talk to on the phone too and is not jsut about getting your money. HIGHLY recommeneded.

I can't say enough good things about Roger. I will however share a story. I purchased a single shot non-repeating M14S and when I called Roger about it he aplogized. He then paid for the shipping for the old rifle to come back and then sent the new rifle out the same day I talked to him. I was hardly inconvienced due to his excellent service.

I remember when they M305 disappeared a while back... then marstar got a 'shipment' Now... dark has em... and proline in calgary has em (on the way). Also there is another shop east that has em..... ect ect
so, there is not one place that is importing them. How many there are - I have no idea but as long as there are 1/2 doxxen places importing them. Good enough for me. I dont think that they are gonna 'dry up' lets face it now that there are another 700 from marstar and 50 from there and 100 from there ect ect - the market in itself has doubled. They are not as much of a comodity and in the future they will also be easier to find. Even if they are not being imported - there will be more used ones in peoples hands.
IN FACT - As consumers it is good to see lots of them - in effect it is dropping the price!!!!!!! extra mags @ dark - cleaning kit @ marstar...... ect ect. The importers want our service (money)!!!!! shop arround and get the best deal!!!!!!!!! If they flood the market the price will drop and probably stay controlled for a while!!!!!!!! No more 600+ used (stock) 305s!!!!!!

Had I seen that they were available at Dark before ordering one from Marstar, I'd have bought it from Rodger. His reputation is at least as good as Johnone's. Never had any problems with Marstar. I can see the sense in selling just the basic rifle and letting the customer add on the extra mags and gear if they choose. Hell, it works for the car companies.

I have had Marstar flub my order twice now. Not to rag on the guys there, they have to look after their big customers first I suppose. What galls me is that they took my order twice, told me it was in the works and that every thing was fine...and then didn't follow through with shipment or billing. I wasn't going to give them another six months to do the same thing to me again, so I said to hell with Marstar, and sadly the M14 Norc as well. I went in a totally different direction and ended up with a Heckler and Koch SL8.
I would have preferred to go with the M14 like you fellows did, but at the time I didn't know about Dark Int'l...and the guys at Wolverine can process an order when they get one so ya go with what works I guess.
Used M14s are commanding top dollar here...and if you see one you better be quick with the cheque book or it will be gone.
I cannot believe that with the market for these things...that the only choices are Norc and Springfield. We need another manufacturer to jump in and help fill the demand.
