Might get one of these as a first rifle. What do you think? Never had anything more than a .22 single shot but own lots of handguns from .44 mag to 9mm. Would this be a good one if it's my only one? Also saw this field strip video on youtube:

They are fun to customize, but if you enjoy shooting iron sights with the original stock, the gun doesn't need any cash spent on it. I bought one that I scoped and stocked with a USGI FG stock, and another that I put on a better looking walnut stock and NM sights. I enjoy shooting both styles, so I had to have two.
