Just picked up my new custom M14 bag today and thought I'd share (also got one in black for my AR)

It was a one off custom/prototype. I'll find out if he's interested in doing a run of them as I have had a few PM's. If he is, I'll post up the cost (I'm guessing $100-$125 range). He also has a few other colors including multicam, black, OD, coyote brown, and arid cadpat.

It's from warrior gear (about 45min from Petawawa). It's a retired rigger and his son, everything is made in house.

Do you any contact info for John?

I bought a lot of gear from John over the years that I was in Petawawa, but when I left I forgot to get his number. Definitely going to one or two of these gun bags from him.

Thanks

When you are talking to them at warrior, have them add more photos of their products to the web site. There isnt much there...

Just to be clear I have no affiliation with them other than being a happy customer. I don't think they are too worried about the site right now because even without advertising they are extremely busy.

here's the AR15 case

I miss Petawawa, I lived there for 19 years and bought a ton of gear from John at Warrior Gear, including a tac vest that lived through 8 months of hard use with me in Afghnaistan and then it went back for a second tour after I sold it. The only thing that went wrong was a broken buckle.

Of course I kicked myself for selling it so I bought another one for personal use in multi-cam.

John and his crew make excellent stuff at Warrior Gear (and I'm not affilated either).

It pays to live in Pembroke eh frumpy, custom gear and a CF range to call home!

Yup :) lots of land to hunt/shoot/camp too.

I have a multicam tac vest from him for sale if anyone is interested lol. Great vest but went with something else, every time I go into his shop I spend more than I plan on.

Pelican cases ftw

That is all

Big fan of hard cases for long hauls, but I'm digging quality softies more and more for everyday range trips.

Thanks to the OP for the thread - it's always good to get reminded there is quality gear being crafted in our own backyard.
