they are talking .308 win but remember that these guys do not feel quite the same obligation to present accurate data that your western world companies do...
best option...get the chamber spec'd by somebody with the guages. From here it looks to be about 7 thou over but it's a long way from Vancouver to Terrace so it might be 6 and it might be 8.
Anyway it's built more like a slightly long 7.62 NATO chamber if that helps.

today at our west coast m14 support group clinic...... Navy Cuda brought his new to him..... bought from someone used..... norc with a headspace of 14 thou over 7.62nato. The bolt closed easily on my .308 forster No Go gage , with room to spare..... lots of room. NOT safe for .308.
this is the second norc i have seen now ...... out of proably 150 rinco m14s that i have inspected, with headspace this long. He may be o.k. with nato spec surplus ...... but i recommended he source a G.I. bolt to tighten the headspace. I don't think he was pleased .
that said the average norc will digest BOTH 7.62nato and .308 ..... if your chamber is within the average 6 to 9 though over nato spec like most of the norcs i've handled. Today we also inspected a brand new norinco that headspaced 2 though over nato spec...... a GEM in the norinco m14 world
Don't let all this confuse you. Take a box of 150 grain winchester or federal commercial rounds.... or a box of 7.62 nato surplus and fire 5 rounds. collect the brass and p.m. Hungry .... i believe he can tell you your headspace if you mail him the 5 casings. Better to know than to worry about it.

Yup, I'll mic your fired brass. Remember that the NATO no-go gauge is 25 thou over the 1.630" GO gauge, that's quite generous. Don't fret about using civilian .308 gauges in the Norinco, of course the Norc chambers will swallow all the civvie gauges, the design calls for bolt interchangeability in the field. That's what scares a pile of civvies away!
