Where can you get a cheek piece for a usgi stock I want one of the bolt on ones but i want it with low profile bolt/nuts so i can shoot it both left and right handed

Where you are matters.
"...both left and right handed..." Only ever seen screw on leather cheek rests for right hand shooting. There are adjustable stocks though. None of which are inexpensive.
Which issue stock you have matters too. They're usually replacement stocks as well.
