I wonder whether it is necessary to disassemble the gun fully to 100 rounds each
I disassembled the gas piston and I cleaned
and the cylinder through a cloth with cleaner

but what must disassemble the muzzle brake and remove the gas bottle to clean the outlet gas of the barrel (that goes on the cylinder gas) every time

I ask because I tell myself that everything disassemble every time may use the screw threads

I'm not a soldier can go to the arsenal of something going wrong

thank you

Depends on what type of ammunition you are running, I say. Handloads and American commercial stuff, I wouldn't even bother going to town. Milsurp, I would be more thorough on the cleaning process.

No, it is not necessary to completely disassemble your rifle that often.

I'd do it once a year IF I had put a lot of rounds through.

Most times, I run a ballistol-wetted patch down the bore and put my M1 or M14 back in the rack. After maybe 1000 rounds, I might put more effort and do a more thorough cleaning. More of these guns have been ruined by cleaning than by shooting since you can't easily clean from the breech.

ok
I am very pleased with your response , phew :)
I do not shoot corrosive and actually a patch after the gun is like new

I will continue like that with just a little cleaning breech and wait for trouble :)

currently 200 rounds and no problems

I know it's really not much
only just begun to shoot well

Wipe Out, Outers, even Hoppes makes one now. They all work about the same. You spray in, let sit a few hours, wipe out and oil the bore after. Done.

12 ga hull with the primer drilled out makes a good rod guide that slips right over the flash hider nicely. When you clean it invert the rifle so the gas cylinder is on the top so the solvents don't run into the gas cylinder.

translated for the RoC : I bother cleaning my M1A when I take it out hunting to avoid corrosion due to elements, sweat and whatnot. if you just go to the range shooting commercial ammo, don't waste your time cleaning a gun that was made to survive in the jungle for weeks!
