M14 Clinic around Calgary?

well.... if Hungry has plans for calgary.... i guess i'll just worry about my clinics at home here and edmonton
I'll keep tabs on the calgary event cuz i might want to attend anyways as I have not yet had the pleasure of a Hungry clinic. ;)

We would be interested in hosting once again. Also note that since last time, we have enlarged the classroom and added a gunsmith shop.

Is there a charge associated with using your facility? What tools would be available (BAV, welding etc)?

Please attend! I want to meet you in person and fondle some of your unique creations. Also, you need to explain the wiveS statement.

Count me in depending on the date - I'm currently working rotations out of country and may still be doing so in the summer. Might even have some gophers to shoot.

Yes I am aware of the restrictions but what I was saying is that the Club house at the range is available for free

Sorry, there were a raft of posts requesting range time during the clinic and then yours suggesting SJ.

Well folks, looks to me like Savage is my point man once again. He does a phenomenal job and he also knows exactly what needs to be done....

Once we hammer out a date (Saturday in May or June) then we can begin the registration process. Last time in Calgary Nov 10, 2007, we had a very tight classroom. :D

Stay tuned folks.....

So now I'm confused. I was thinking that 45ACPKING and I and whomever else might be up in July. Are we still talking about Calgary and is Hungry moving it to May/June? If that is the case, I can't make it up since school doesn't get out until mid June. There are too many conversations in this one thread and my poor brain is exploding.

PS Maybe if that range allows black powder only we could experiment with muzzle loading our M-14s. Anyone tried it?

i dunno what's up either but May/June is not gonna fly for me either. Maybe Hungry will swing thru edmonton and look after you folks as well.
I'll be in south dakota shootin Ak's and real m14's end of may beginning of june. Gots to go learn more from my "master" hehehe tooo bad my rinco build can't accompany me across the border

Ok sorry I just found this thread. I've been up North for awhile dealing with work, No INTERNET ahhhhhh.

Anyways If Thomas and or Hungry are up for clinics I'm in. I could probably get the Spruce Grove Range again in Edmonton again (have too chaeck their calender) also another member and I were talking about using his friends weldign / fab shop.
Hopefully it will be a little better organized this time!

It's not too expensive to rent a TIG welder if needed and I am willing to do that again( and this time test it first) as required.

If someone knows a good gopher patch around Calgary that would probably get Hungy more interested Thomas too.

I'm still trying to find a good one around Edmonton. :)

Still checking my calendars and Service rifle calendar for May / June...

Sosa, I'll try and clear some room for you in Edmonton. We work well together!!

M14 Clinic

I am in Calgary, and would love to attend, as would three others in my family. Let's organize some dates, confirm, and roll!

Thanks!
