M14 Clinic Video

I believe that the guy in the video is our very own Hungry... Can't help you with the download, maybe someone else will chime in...

Cheers
Jay

Sorry for all the hassles in downloading the DVD file. Sadly, it's the best I can deliver with my hosting provider.

I'm still curious as to why Firefox works better at downloading the file than Internet Explorer.

I do recommend FTP. Way better.

Don't wanna tempt you folks, but I'm still working on the Dbl DVD set for my summer project. The School Board is encouraging us teachers to provide an ALP, or Annual Learning Plan.

So, I'm teaching myself how to burn / clone DVD's. Stay tuned. I'm thinking about cloning the dbl DVD set.

I'm stumped.... I need suggestions for shipping the Dbl DVD set cheaply (cardboard mailer?) and safely (without risk of scratching or busting). Also this method has to help keep the costs down so that all you M14 lovers can see the spread that Skullboy (mother of all M14 clinics) put on in Abbotsford.

So, suggestions on mailing (cheaply, and hopefully letter rate) containers for the dbl DVD set ?

Cheers,
Barney

Get a table from Canada Post, maybe from their website, of what it will cost for various delivery options. Priority post, next day delivery etc. Factor in the size and weight of the package. Post your criteria. Have people send you a self addressed, stamped shipping envelope (along with the fee). All you have to do at that point it stuff it and drop it in the mail. You don't have to worry about wrong information or chasing down deadbeats who promised to pay later, etc. You get your fee upfront, and no cost for administration.

Hungry here: Right now , that 's too impractical and intelligent for me (it's the end of the school year and I'm brain dead). I need to get to Shawville, QC to kill earth pigs and think things through and also recharge my emotional batteries. If I was in the Battalion (1VP) I would just go drinkin' with my newfie buddies in Charlie Coy and start some bar fights to relieve emotional stress, but now that I'm a teacher, I'll just go and
"Code Red" the farmer's hayfields.

I would gladly contribute some jewel cases to effort.. They are singles but you can put 2 dvds on the ring and since they are slim line the friction keeps them where they should be... 30 be enough PM your address...

Hungry Here: Just investigated the local Dollarama store. Found some black double DVD cases for super cheap. Little more protection that the frangible jewel cases. Thanks for your offer anyways.

They fit in an oversize envelope so you should be about to ship them as letter mail for about $2....

Hungry here: Thanks for the offer, but I'll try and keep my accounting straight so that I can remain organized. I'm starting to tweak the strategy to distribute the best "Hungry M14 Clinic, Ever".

ROFLMAO!!!! My wife has to go throught that b^&%$#@t as well, thats the best use of the time I've heard of yet! I'd love to buy a set off you when your done!:D

Hungry here: That's nothing. I've been doing/delivering teacher 'inservice' workshops (go and ask your wife about those 'bring and brag' sessions) for many years. My M14 clinics are merely an extension of said Professional Development. Better yet, get yer wife to read this post. yuk, yuk, yuk The M14 clinics on VHS and DVD sets are the ultimate Professional Development Series that any Annual Learning Plan would be glad to include. ha ha ha Wait until your wife sees this DVD set about the Abbotsford M14 clinic. Maybe I should show this long DVD set , inservice to my Superintendent of High School Curricula. If they cannot take a joke, they never shoulda hired me. If only my staff knew what other life I was living after work and on weekends.... I often tell the students (while briefing them for the "Code Red Lockdown Drills") that I'm the ONLY teacher on staff trained to run TO the gunfire and not sit huddled in the remote corner of the locked classroom like good 'sheeple'.

I will gladly throw in some scrilla to help you pay for any supplies/shipping. Once again my hat goes out to you for your continued assistance to the board members. A bit of lucre is the least I can do, seeing as how you had to spend the time/money to actually acquire this knowledge and then hold the various clinics.

I'm in TO so I can (FRAUD ALERT) you some shekkels, mail you some pesos or drop off some dubloons.

DVD Fun

Okay, I'm getting closer and closer.

I don't want to start dangling you folks (yet). I'm still packing up since tomorrow 30 Jun is our last staff meeting and BBQ. Then my packing efforts will see me in Shawville , QC for some serious earth pig shooting.:p

Hey, I'm a teacher, I've got shztloads of issues. I need to kill... earth pigs, that is. ;) Part of my community ;) service to local Quebec hay farmers. Apparently they lose 30% of their crop to the multitudes of groundhogs. Nobody else but me and my other teacher buddy, he's also a CGN member here shoot on these fields. The earthpigs reproduce faster than we can blast them all with my VMAX bullets.:D

I'll be back in Collingwood next week and ready to start burning the DVD sets and all that stuff. Yeah, finally I can settle down and get some serious DVD's cranked out for the Main Battle Rifle forum CGN'ers. That's why we are the coolest forum in the CGN community !!

TTYL in 3 or 4 days after the killing fields.
