The first stock I'm releasing is a AR furniture compatable composite. NOT an EBR in that I do not incorporate a barrel/oprod guide retaining block.
My adaptor is built into the stock from step one of manufacture and is NOT height adjustable. It does not need to be, trust me.
The VLTOR is a surplus usgi stock, cut off behind the receiver and trigger bedding pads and an aluminum mount is screwed and glued to the usgi stock.
The vltor's adjustable hieght proprietory buffer tube set up is a weak point in the design and not worth having in my opinion.
My stock will take any AR buttstock off the battlefield and any standard Ar A2 grip... I like the hogue.
My stock , with a full rail and basic 6 pos stock and grip, weighs less than a Vltor with the same rail, almost a 1/4 pound less.
I also have an aluminum chassis type stock with the blue printing a prototype process a done deal. Don't expect that ANY time soon as it will go thru patent process before anyone but me and my machinist get any further details
I've owned all the fancy "RACE" stocks for the m14 and lighter is better believe me.
Nothing wrong with a Sage, I quite like them.
