M14, LAST SHIPMENT EVER for Marstar!

DH79;
"What has been said before is that marstar had one final order of m14's. This was comprised of all the left over parts after production ceased when america stopped importing norinco rifles. This order has been arriving in 3 shipments (about 1 a year). This is the last of the three shipments. More details have been posted in previous threads."

Give me a break, learn your facts, do some research, be certain of what you are saying.... you are out to luch on your statement....

What have I posted which is incorrect? At least have the courtesy to correct my ignorance. I'm basing my statement on your previous quotes.

11-22-2008, 03:56 PM jonnone:
"Ok here goes again, Norinco stopped making M-14s when the US embargo went into place several years ago....

A few years ago we purchased all remaining inventory of parts, we had the factory assemble said parts into completed rifles.

The containe that recently arrived in Canada contained the LAST of our rifles, we do not have any more after these are sold....

That said, we do have other interested toys "in the works" I can only hope that we can craete a cult following similar to that of the M-14.

John"

Old 11-07-2007, 12:44 PM jonnone:

"There are NO MORE M-14s in China, we bought all remaining components and had them assembled.
John"

11-07-2007, 09:05 AM jonnone:
"We have three containers of 305s on the way in, 1st container in port, expecte here shortly....
Second and thrid ones should be about 4 weeks apart."

So maybe I'm wrong about the total number of containers? Is that it? The main point of my post remains the same.

You bought all the parts, had them assembled into rifles, and this is the last shipment. Anything wrong with that statement?

I clearly stated I was happy with my m14 from marstar. I promote your product and you scold me like a child?

CZ-85 COMBAT;

YES WE DID SELL the last 100 in the last two days....

While there was quite a rush on the m-14s keep in mind we always sell hundreds of firearms every month.

while we haven't seen it yet, there's also rumor of an entity supposedly called"norinco usa" - so the m14 et al may not be done quite yet, but maybe the ones directly from china

Since it's been mentioned that Norinco is the export agency for the various firearms factories/makers in China, they may have just sold the rights to the name for use in the US where they aren't particularly active anymore.

DECKARD;
The last shipment was a 40ft container, the only way to buy them....

The problem was that we already had over 500 sold before the container even sailed....

THANK YOU JOHN!!! I look forward to getting my M14 from the last shipment. :dancingbanana::shotgun:

And, to the guys who waited...:slap:

But, you may have a saving grace, check some of the shops that advertise above, you might find one!

Cheers

Thanks John for all of the work to bring these rifles to the Canadian market.

Further to an M14 that I purchased over ten years ago, I picked up one directly from you and another from Epps. I look forward to many years of shooting them and introducing other shooters to the hobby with these rifles.

Cheers,

Frank
