It's an adpator for a suppressor. Not something you need to worry about in Canada.
In any case, they don't ship here because it's made for an M14. M14 parts are restricted for export and the manufacturer requires an expensive exporter's licence.

With this thread any standard muzzle brake can be added. Nokicks.com sell one from SEI for $89. They don't ship either. However, it would be ITAR exempt. SEI are registered with state department it is under $100 and is not essential for the firing of the weapon.
No worries, as it can also be used for SEI’s FH‘s and MB‘s with ⅝ x 24tpi thread. The intended purpose was for all three attachments which also includes SS‘s. Anyone planning on making these in Canada?
I am keeping a very close eye on this development. Is it possible to provide a slightly more specific date for when this might be ready for purchase?
