"...In a game I play..." Hi. Nothing real about anything in video games. That's part of their charm. Floor plate does come off on a real M14 mag though. Takes a bit of fiddling.
Marstar is listing 5 round Norinco mags at $19.95. $35 for a pinned 20 round mag.

what is fiddling about raising the back of the floorplate and sliding?

Thanks man, I can find parts everywhere but the actual mags are a little more work to find.

i buy my mags from lever arms here in Vancouver on Burrard they got the 5/20 rds mags for 30$

What you get now is either welded floor plates or riveted magazines. Nothing true to the originals. Some of them are poorly painted with black spray paint on the bottoms. And they want $55 or more for this s@@@@!

Head's up! South Korean KCI 5/20 and 5/10 mags at 35$.

Yesterday I heard about w.canstararms.ca/index.html for the first time in another thread. Nice rifles, drum magazines and M14 mags!

So KCI is a military supplier of mags. Their M14 mags are parkerized to mil-spec. Riveted to the back (Garry says no spring obstruction and strong spring). No floor-plate weld.

KCI M14 mags are available in the US (16-20$). They're not trusted as much as CMI and old USGI but I could not find any malfunction reports.

I ordered a few, more than 40 5/20 left for you.
