M14 optics Red Dot

I appreciate your interest in the CASM "MRD" base/hood however, I have no source for Jpoint sights in Canada at this writing. I spoke to Jpoint sales this morning (02.29.12) and it looks like the 4MOA dots are on backorder and the 8MOA are available but they cannot export directly. I will try to call a few Canadian retailers about availability and report back.

Thank-you, however, there are no plans to be a Jpoint stocking dealer. I will however attempt to source a retailer for this item in Canada or offer to bring them in for customers ordering our CASM MRD on a case by case basis.

Our CASM "RD" mount is one other option. It too offers a backup peep sight.

No ETA yet. I am occupied with the Blackfeather project at the moment and will remain confined to that through March. Spring 2012 perhaps? I will be manufacturing a lighter, high performance muzzle brake in conjunction with the adjustable front sight. The second iteration of this part should be ready as early as next week for a second evaluation and range trial. But the adjustable front sight is still a drawing board item. I apologize but I can't be more specific at this time.
 
Update on JPOINT Sourcing

CRAFM is able to bring in the JPOINT series red dots for the CASM series "MRD" base and hood. I just spoke to the owner this AM 03.01.2012. (They are a CGN dealer).

Can't wait to see the hood set up with a Jpoint in it... it looks slick as hell, but i wonder if the Jpoint isn't too small... (comparing the window size to something like a 25mm tube...)

Any pics of a red dot on the other M14.ca red dot mount? also intrigued by this, I want to slap a SPARC on my 14, but I don't really want a rail... thinking this or the promag mount...
 
I post-poned the photos until day light. Sorry guys, I ran out of time and it got too dark to do this right. I will put aside some things tomorrow morning to get this done!

I can't mack up my mind on who's rifle stock to get so im getting one more m14 so I can have them both haahaa

So any news on if the fast fire will fit in the hood? I'd like a jpoi t but can't find any and I'd ben looking for a while.
