I just ordered a M305 from Marstar along with it I bought the recoil buffer and match grade op rod spring guide? Were these good investments?

roger that!

Will make your action feel a bit smoother and tighter, and the recoil buffer might just save you a scope or two!

There was some refference to marstar supporting smaller canadian manufacturers when those accessories hit the market, not sure if they meant the guide rod too. It seemed to me like they were being a bit vague intentionally...

recoil Buffers 5 bucks! I remember 25 bucks a few years ago so I started to make my own. But for 5 bucks you can`t go wrong with that.

are the stainless guide rods that Marstar sells Rooster33's or are they made by someone else?

They are not Rooster's, but very good quality none the less. And with Rooster's unobtainable, they're an even better deal. Now if they can just start making a scout mount.....(hint hint hint)

It looks like they HAVE started making a scout mount. Just saw it on their site. Very short rail, though.
