M14 peep sight setup

When I degreased my rifle when it was new, I completely disassembled the peep sight assembly down to nothing. When I reassembled it, I paid no attention to where the yardage indicator should be in relation to the height of the peep.
How many cliks up from the initial absolute lowest position of the peep would 100 meters be indicated?"
Someone at P&D told me it was 11 cliks.

ha ha ha....Just a finger injury and the splint is quite large... :D

10 to 15 kliks is quite acceptable. That comes from the Gov't manual, don't ask me which one...

From a match standpoint, I file down my font sight until I am about 8 - 10 kliks from the absolute bottom(ing) out. I liked a low cheek weld for the NRA High Power match first stage of 200 yards off hand 2 sighters and 10 on score....

Thanks Hungry...looks like my scoping isn't working out. I've PM'd a couple of the guys here in Edm as to who has the "CGN MkI welfare barrel clamp" so I can index my barrel. I shoulda had it done at the Edm. clinic.
Then I'm gonna give the irons a serious try.
