Theres mine. Its a stock M1A loaded I got last year from Wolverine. Vortex scope. Have had trouble finding the right height of scope rings here though so it is sitting too low on the pic rails for me to get my caps on. Only real big issue with the M1A loaded model is how damn heavy it is. I'm probably up to a good 12lbs or 13lbs at least.

What make is this stock? It's not USGI.

Troy stock, scout version with vortex and duracoat finish.
Mepro sight added for 'quick and dirty' shooting. Heavier than most configurations, but still functional.

Double taps are easy ... :D

This was built at the west coast m14 clinic held today.

Thanks for everyone (i seriously can't remember everyones names, apologies) for imparting hands on skills and reams of knowledge.

I am going to ditch the Vortex, I don't like it and it looks like crap to me. When I get a moment will be installing 1 of our own proprietary brakes.:D
For a Norc with little to no real work on it, other than changing alot of parts, it shoots surprisingly well, as in .75 moa with handloaded 155 SMKs.

Rick,
That may be the most expensive Norc I have ever seen!:D
Very nice!
Interesting to hear how well the norc responded to the stock.
Just out of curiosity does the barrel string when it gets hot?

H2O MAN,
The 32mm is a nice scope...I have the 24mm as well and I find the small exit pupil a bit too small for extended use on 10X. Other than that it is in every way a Nightforce....What else can I say?!

I do wish they would offer 1/2moa turrets on the small scopes.

Thank you for that information, I'm considering the 32mm for my Norinco based Mod 0.
