Hi guys,

I have been out of the country for a while so I am not up to date with Justine and her proclamations.

Are Norinco's M305 prohibited now and cannot be sold, gifted or transferred in any way?

I have one that I am not using, and I don't really know what to do with it now. Take it apart and sell as parts?
Mine has a USGI bolt in it.

Any advise?

Thanks,

Banned by name by the Liberals

However being non restricted they have no clue as to who has them so unlike the AR which they have a list of owners for the M14/M305 will just fade away into the night

Currently you can sell everything but the receiver
I'd wait it out for a while , especially if it 2012 or earlier , those where good, forged, in spec receivers

Well they didn’t know until now I guess…

There are stripped parts for sale, and buyers who are improving their locker queens. I've seen stocks, barrels, bolts, chassis', and op rods listed for sale. It is a gamble that the OIC will be overturned, or the buyers aren't interested in ever turning in their M305s when the programs finally get going.

Believe it or not, unregistered Restricted and Prohibited firearms do trade amongst otherwise honest people, who have no intentions of committing criminal violence but whose politics don't accept government overreach.

You can still sell the whole thing but only to a business with prohib permissions. (e.g. for export) A member here emigrated to Europe and had his m14 exported - had no problems (apart from the cost).
