Does anyone know the thread size on the scope mount screw hole of a norinco M14? I bought a cheap mount and the mounting bolt is way too long, but I can't cut it down because then there won't be enough thread.
I thought one of the bolts for my scope mount were too long aswell... turned out that the threaded port that the bolt goes through needed to be turned out a little. And then the mount fit and so did the bolt.
