Hi Saders, glad all worked out but, ahh, but good does a bigger mag have to do with the situation. Anyway good hunting.

I assume he means the 20/5 round magazines dig into your back with the rifle slung, and that the smaller size factory 5's don't.

And wow, some of the early comments on this thread are sort of embarrassing.
Why are there so many impolite people on CGN these days?

yeah and with the normal stock it was 10 pounds heaver when i got out with all the water in it.Little bit of moss down the barrel was the most crap in.Just took out the cleaning rod and cut some of my shirt off and cleaned out the bore. Open the gas plug made sure there was no dirt in and cleaned off the bolt and was good to go.

hard to tell was only to the range with it once since i got the new stock waiting for my screw to come for my scope mount to see then but the stock feels alot tighter then the normal one.

So your uncle carried the ammo to keep the rifle safe.

Now the million dollar question is:

Was the rifle trigger locked?

  • [*]Yes, 100 points
    [*]No, 0 points

:D:D:D

Quite the story, but it didn't happen without pictures.:needPics:
