M14 Scope Mount? What's the best..?$?

Hi everyone ,,,


been a while since i've been on CGN, but i need some help..... i need to know what's the best rated, moderatly priced scope mount, for my m305...

I want to spend between 100 and $150cnd....

Can you guys post some links of some good mounts that i can buy and get shipped to me in Canada??

There's no point in scoping the gun if it won't hold zero. There's been years of refinement leading to only a handful of decent mounts, and unfortunately none of them are $100-$150 cdn. However, at around $200 and up you will get something good. Read the sticky at the top for a roundup of the best mounts.
 
I will recommend the Promag as the BEST of the cheap M-14 scope mounts.

Do a google of PROMAG and you will see they make two different M-14 mounts. The one i recommend is basically an ARMS 18 clone, and is usually available for about $ 100 US ... some places even cheaper.

Up here, they shyould sell for about $ 145 Canuck bucks.

Unless you like gunsmithing as its own reward, don't waste your time with a springfield armory mount, of any generation, or the Marstar mounts
