M14 Shoot off??

I was just wondering if anyone in the Ottawa area would be interested in a "shoot-off?" Just a friendly get together to shoot scoped and iron sighted M14s. I was thinking Stittsville some weekend. Nothing formal.

Im in Pembroke, but would definitely be up for the drive.I just recieved(finally) my completed M14 from Jeff at Valleyguns.It looks sweet, dying to shoot it.Ive also got a stock M14 with scope!Keep us posted if you come up with something!!!
 
Excellent! I will try to figure out my schedule and get back to everyone.

It is usually quieter at around 9-10am on the weekend, but I will try to arrange some dates.

Last fall the EOHC milshoot had an open class for any rifle - 100 and 200yds. There were a few M14s on the firing line, along with a few shorty ARs and big optics tactical bolt actions. If there are enough entries, it might be fun having a sub-class for M14 rifles. No extra paperwork for the staff or extra relays, just count the scores one more way.
