m14 slings, bipod options?

pondering a front rail for sling or just a qd mount that sadlak makes. Wanna be able to drop the bipod off easily and keep the sling...

I used one of those drill bits with the bevel built into them , cant remember the name of them . and just installed a sling stud right infront of the factory bracket , my bipod just covers the plate with the rivets in it and it works peferctly , using a 9-13 shooters ridge at the moment and i like it alot .

My sling is a spectre gear 3 point .
