It looks to me like the old Chinese M14 with that wunnerful chu wood - which someone had one coated a spot with green stuff. It also looks like someone, at one time, attempted a homemade paint job and put a different flash hider on it. The op rod (maybe the light too) looks welded. Screams to be a norc, and it ain't a Springfield. Sorry.
